Loader Bucket Modification

A pallet company has a 30-year old John Deere wheeled loader. It’s a wonderful machine in great condition, except that the bottom of the bucket was worn out from constantly sliding over the concrete lot. A replacement bucket couldn’t be found anywhere, but they did get a similar-sized bucket from a Kobelco loader. B. Dash Fabrication modified the Kobelco bucket to fit the Deere loader

This required moving the upper pivot points half way down the bucket, and widening the upper and lower pivots 3/4” towards the middle.
